Reviews is a functionality  to collect the conversation that happens between a manager and reportee from a informal 1:1 to a Annual Appraisal process.

It is important to categorise the type of review that is being held so that this can be used in other areas of the system such as Rewards. Within a Reward an administrator can specify which Review score they would like to apply by setting a date range and selecting the review types. 

To add a new review type press  and then add the title and a description.
