From the People & Teams section you can see holidays and absences as the user would. 

Not only that but this is the area that you can alter the users specific settings such as:

  • Absence Policy 
  • Working Pattern
  • Company Holidays
  • Number of days entitled to
  • Maximum Number of Consecutive days. 

To navigate between the specific views use the tabs at the top

Holidays & Absence people settings

If you need to move a person away from the default settings then come in to their profile > Absences > Settings and select different areas from the drop down or free type the new number of days. 

Once you are happy with your changes press

Any alterations that you make to either Number of Days or Maximum Number of consecutive Days will remain in-place even when a new holiday year begins.
